The purpose of the page is to assist owners/operators of stationary sources in determining how to comply with Section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990 [CAA 112(r)] as well as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's RMP regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 68) regulations and Florida's Accidental Release Prevention and Risk Management Planning Act (Chapter 252, Part IV, Florida Statutes).
