My Florida Marketplace Registration and Substitute W9 Process
Vendor Registration
The State of Florida utilizes an electronic procurement system known as MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP). To do business with the State of Florida, vendors must create a vendor account through the Department of Management Services (DMS) MFMP Vendor Information Portal (VIP) and have a current W-9 on file with the Department of Financial Service (DFS).
Vendors must complete the two-step process below to register. You can visit the DMS website for additional vendor resources: DMS MFMP VIP Resources
Step 1: MyFloridaMarketPlace Registration
Vendors can register to do business at the link below.
- Visit: MFMP VIP
- Click “Register”
- Follow the prompts for each section.

Step 2: Substitute W-9 Process
The State of Florida will not be permitted to place orders for goods and services or make payments to any vendor that does not have a verified Substitute W-9 on file with the DFS. To submit a Form W-9 on the State's Vendor Website:

- Follow the prompts through each page to complete this process.
